Evaluation of tearing

Tearing can occur for a variety of reasons, ranging from a dry eye to a poorly positioned eyelid to a blocked tear duct. The first step in treating the watery eye is to determine the underlying cause. During your visit, a careful evaluation is performed to narrow the diagnosis. Dr. Phillips will recommend treatment options and surgery as needed to address your tearing. For many patients, tearing can be addressed with a single procedure.

Dr. Phillips is truly phenomenal. My son is 12. He has autism and a rare genetic disorder...Dr. Phillips took time to look into his genetic disorder and understand it more to see how his diet could possibly affect the issues he is having. That alone "sold me" on her being a great doctor. But her bedside manners are impressive...You can tell she truly loves what she does and the patients she cares for.
